Our Bolt On Kit Uses A Set Of Custom Upper & Lower Control Arms, Fully Fabricated Spindle, Extended Heimed Tie Rod, Fabricated Coil Bucket Coilover Adapters , Upper Control Arm Gussets & Weld On Cam Lockouts To Vastly Improve The On & Off Road Ride Quality. This Kit Is Best Suited For Those Who Use Their Vehicle As An Occasional Off Road Rig Or One That Sees Majority Street Use.

- Welding Is Required – This Is A Bolt On System, However The Lower Control Arms Do Not Reuse Factory Bolts And Instead Require New Cam Lockout Plates To Be Welded Onto The Frame To Orient The LCA’s Into A Permanent Position – All Adjustment Is Then Made Through The Upper Control Arm Heims

- Possible Extension Of Factory ABS Sensor Line (Depends On Wire Routing)
- Bumpstops – Configured To Bump Off Of Lower Control Arm
- Limit Straps – Recommend 8″ Limit Strap With Adjustable Clevis Kit (Can be Purchased In The Builders Components Section of Our Store)
- 4wd Equipped Trucks Must Run An Extended Axle Setup Or Retain The Factory Outer CV Assembly If Deleting The 4×4 System

- Bypass Hoops – Our Pre-bent Bypass Hoops Orient Off Of The Coilbucket And Weld To A Lower Portion Of The Frame -Shock Tabs Come Uninstalled To Aid Installers Of Positioning The Bypasses For Clearancing – Includes All Hardware, Coil Bucket Standoff Spacers And Plastic Plugs
